The Basics of Winning Lotto/Lottery
Reviewer:
Melissa
Cruz from phoenix, AZ
If you love playing lotto like I do, then
you will want this book in your
collection. The book gives many useful
tips and rates number one with me - same
as his other book did. You never go wrong
ordering a book written by Prof. Jones. I
just wished he had another I could order. |

Pick Your Numbers: Easy Ways to Play
the...
Reviewer: James Moore from Greenwich, CT
An easy, yet informative read. Has simple
to follow directions but they are
presented in away that is not
condescending. The author realizes the
audience with whom he is contacting and
maintains the tone throughout the book.
The only caveat is that I did not hit the
Big Game jackpot using the methods
recommended. |

On Winning the Lottery
Reviewer: A reader from Atlanta, GA
The book "On Winning the Lottery" is an
account of one family's experience, both
before and after, of winning the Illinois
State Lottery. The book includes their
personal philosophy, method of picking
numbers, legal details, distribution of
winnings and their future plans. The book
appears to be the first documented account
of a lottery winner. It would be useful
reading for both the interested, as well
as, present or future winners. |

Lottery Master Guide
Reviewer:
New York's Lottery News, April 7, 1998
Gail Howard has introduced a new book, her
Lottery Master Guide. For Lotto players,
this book breaks new ground... and when
used with her wheeling books {Lotto Wheel
Five to Win and Lotto How to Wheel a
Fortune} for 5 and 6-number Lotto
games--it's a combo that can't miss. It
will, yes will, help you win those
difficult high-odds games more often--and
help you win more. This book is a must-buy
for any serious Lotto player. |

How to Win More: Strategies for...
Reviewer:
A reader
from Boston, Mass
I thought this book did a good job of
telling the reader ways to increase their
chances of winning state lottery jackpots.
The chapter on number combinations to
avoid was very helpful. also the
discussion on the best numbers to play in
order to win the jackpot by yourself was
interesting. |

Hitting the Lottery Jackpot: State...
Reviewer:
Midwest
Book Review from Oregon, Wisconsin
Hitting The Lottery Jackpot: Government
And The Taxing Of Dreams is a timely and
informative critique of the economic,
social, and political costs of state
reliance on lotteries to generate public
revenues. David Nibert highlights the
conflicting role of the state as a
promoter of gambling to show who really
profits from lottery gambling: advertising
agencies, television stations, and ticket
vendors. Less than half the money wagered
is returned to participants as prizes.
Hitting The Lottery Jackpot reveals the
losers: lower-income groups, people of
color. Hitting The Lottery Jackpot is
highly recommended reading for students of
government, ethics, and political science. |
